All these products are obviously from recycled materials. However, what makes them unique is that the material they are derived from is not masked or hidden. With the pool ball earrings the original design creates a unique color blocking and the minimalistic asterisk of a computer key makes a bold ring. My favorite definitely has [...]

The New Bean Bag…

This Emilio Pucci Bean Clutch pushes the boundaries of typical handbags or clutches. This shiny, hard clutch hinges open and I assume fits comfortably into the palm of your hand. One negative, however, is that I am sure ever smudge or mark is very evident on the shiny surface. Doesn’t stop me for lusting for [...]

Originally from Almeria, Spain, Paco Peregrin has photographed for numerous publications, such as Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan, and Zink. He incorporates the current trends seen in the fashion world with knowledge of photography to create works that have a balance between conceptual and commercial images. One of my favorite shoots entitled “Vision” was for a fashion [...]

Sweden based designer, Linn Gustafsson, created these clothes packages when she was a student. I think they are great. So creative and really make me want to buy the shirt inside.
Wall Stickers…

While we are on the topic of wall decorations, check out these awesome Vinyl Wall Stickers from The Smart Vinyl Laboratory. I am slightly obsessed. The designs are funny and clever, yet simplistic and graphic. Three of my favorites are above. They let you personalize a space without ruining the walls (they are removable!).

Artists’ Taylor and Wood designed this Frame Wallpaper that allows you to be interactive with your wall. I love the concept of being able to draw in pictures in some frames or put photographs in others. Even better, 50% of the wallpaper is from recycled paper.

I couldn’t resist writing about sunglasses again after I saw these amazing Shwood Sunglasses. I had to do a double take on my computer screen to make sure I was seeing correctly. Yes, they are made of real wood! They are available in two limited styles, my personal favorite being the Zebrawood Canby seen above. [...]
Too Long to Tell the Time…

I think these watches from Tokyo Flash are very innovative, however they would be impossible for me to read! They each have three different stages of flashing lights to tell you the hour, minutes, and then seconds. People may compliment you on how trendy and hip you are for your wrist gear, but then probably [...]
Interview Ready…

This Blomus business card holder was recently shown to me by my boyfriend. I just began job interviewing and I wish I had this in my purse. It is so sleek and classic, yet very heavy-duty. In my opinion, it is perfect for any man or women, whether new or old to the work field!
Cable Clip Anyone?

I saw these new Cable Drops on BlueLounge and decided these are a must have! I am constantly taping chords in place or wrapping them around my bed post. These are only $9.95 and stick on to any surface. Plus, I love that they are small, colorful, and simplistic. Great design!
